Birthday parties at PCM are a great way to celebrate your special kid!
All packages are subject to state gathering regulations. Members receive additional discounts!
Birthday Fees
Member rate $450* | Non-member rate $500
- General admission for up to 40 guests during one of our 2-hour party time slots: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 2:00 – 4:00 PM
- 2 hours of access to reserved gathering space
- T-shirt for the birthday child

Visitor Policies
Food & Beverages
You are welcome to bring your own food to enjoy in the party space. Please note that we do not allow heating elements (e.g. crockpots), or alcohol. All food and drink must remain in the designated gathering space.
Decorations
You are welcome to bring decorations, including balloons. We do not allow any decorations that could be deemed a fire hazard e.g. sparklers, helium tanks etc. Decorations that may damage the museum facilities are not allowed. To preserve the experience of other museum guests, we cannot accommodate the use of speakers or confetti.
Supervision
We ask that all birthday guests respect museum rules and children remain accompanied by an adult over 18 at all times.
Space Use
While your guests are free to enjoy the museum past your reserved party time, all guests, decorations, and personal items must be removed from the party space promptly at the end of your reservation. We host several events per day, and PCM staff need time to clean and reset the gathering space for our next reservation. Failure to clear the gathering space promptly may result in excess-time charges.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
The total balance is due upon booking your private birthday party, including a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel your party more than 14 days before your scheduled booking, you may receive a refund of your booking total minus the 50% deposit. If you need to cancel your party with less than 14 days before your scheduled visit, we can not issue a refund but your payments may be applied to a new booking within one year.
