Did you know that PCM’s spaces are available for private parties, meetings and corporate functions?
Whether your guests are tall or small, your next special event will be an occasion to remember among the fun, colorful and spacious exhibits of Providence Children’s Museum.

Perfect for business meetings, workshops, team building and more!
All meetings include exclusive use of one room for 3 hours, tables and chairs, admission to the museum for all guests, and a museum staff member for assistance. Meeting spaces are not available on weekends.

After-Hours Events at Museum
Perfect for corporate events, fundraisers, holiday parties, special occasions!
All events include exclusive use of the whole museum, including our garden (weather permitting) for 3 evening hours, appropriate staffing, tables and chairs, and admission to the museum for all guests. These events can only be booked when the museum is closed to the general public.

Full Museum Rental (Daytime)
Perfect for large-scale corporate events, fundraisers, special occasions!
All events include exclusive use of the whole museum, including our garden (weather permitting) for 6 hours, appropriate staffing, tables and chairs, and admission to the museum for all guests, up to 250.

Rental Policies
Please note that additional fees may be assessed for cleaning, additional staff and event planning depending on the size of your event.
We have designated private off-street parking available for private events, and plenty of city-managed street parking in the surrounding neighborhood, if needed.
Food and beverages are not allowed in exhibit areas and are restricted to the function rooms. Renters may arrange catering, and the Museum can provide a list of recommended caterers.
