Our doors may be closed, but we are still here!
In response to the continued rise in COVID-19 cases in Rhode Island and to ensure the continued wellbeing of our relatively small staff along with the continued safety of visitors, Providence Children’s Museum has voluntarily closed all exhibits to the public until July 8, 2021.
We know we’re safe – and we know families love coming to visit us. We will continue to be open for vacation weeks with extended sessions and for rentals for families and organizations. PCM will promote monthly take-home kits available for families to engage in play-based activities at home. In addition, PCM members and friends can still access innovative and enriching programming free of charge through our social media channels and website.
PCM is proud to be one of the facilitators offering Rhode Island Department of Education Advanced Course Network courses beginning in both February and April including PCM Design Challenges, PCM Maker Studio, and Traditional American Music & Dance with PCM Guest Musician Aubrey Atwater. All courses are offered free of charge for Rhode Island public school students. Please find the registration link here.
